GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF VIRTUAL GIFT CARDS
HELLAS VERONA FOOTBALL CLUB S.P.A
1. Purpose.
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of virtual Gift Cards issued by Hellas Verona Football Club S.p.A. and redeemable on the Hellas Verona Official Online Store website (the “Website”).
2. Available Denominations.
Virtual Gift Cards are issued exclusively in the following amounts:

€ 25,00;
-
€ 50,00;
-
€ 100,00;
-
€ 150,00;
-
€ 200,00;
No different denominations or customized amounts are available.
3. Virtual Nature of the Gift Card.
The Gift Card is issued exclusively in digital format.
The Customer will receive:
-
an e-mail containing the unique Gift Card code;
No physical card or other physical medium will be provided.
4. Validity.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the issue date indicated in the electronic communication.
Upon expiry:
-
the Gift Card will no longer be usable;
-
any remaining balance will expire without refund or conversion into cash.
5. Right of Withdrawal.
The purchaser of the Gift Card may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, provided that the card has not been used, even partially.
The Seller will refund the amount paid for the purchase as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase of the Gift Card.
As an alternative to a refund to the original payment method, the Customer may choose, where available, to receive the amount due as store credit, which can be used for subsequent purchases on the Website.
This refund method is optional and subject to the Customer's express choice, and does not prejudice the right to receive a refund via the payment method used for the purchase.
6. Purchase Procedure.
The Gift Card may be purchased through the Website. The purchase is completed upon payment of the selected amount.
The email containing the Gift Card code will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer. There are no arrangements for payment by instalments or on credit.
Hellas Verona Football Club S.p.A. shall not be liable for transmission errors resulting from an incorrect email address or a non-functioning email account.
7. Use.
The Gift Card:
-
may be used to purchase Products available on the Website at the time of use;
-
may be used for multiple purchases until the available balance has been fully used;
-
cannot be topped up;
-
does not entitle the holder to receive change;
-
may be redeemed by entering the relevant virtual code at checkout.
If the purchase price exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
8. Returns.
If items purchased with a Gift Card are returned, the amount will be refunded using the same method and can be reused for future purchases.
In the case of an order paid partly with a Gift Card and partly with another payment method, the refund will be made using the original payment methods: the portion paid by Gift Card will be credited back to the Gift Card itself, while the remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method used for that portion.
9. Bearer Instrument.
The virtual Gift Card is a bearer instrument: anyone in possession of the code may use it.
Hellas Verona Football Club S.p.A. as well as the Seller are not liable for:

improper use of the code;
-
accidental disclosure of the code to third parties;
-
loss of the code or unauthorized access to the email account of the Customer or beneficiary.
Duplicates or replacements are not provided.
10. Restrictions.
It is prohibited to:
-
convert the Gift Card into cash;
-
purchase Gift Cards using another Gift Card, discount vouchers, gift vouchers, or coupons.
11. Invoicing.
The Customer may request an invoice for the purchase of the Gift Card.
The invoice for Products purchased using a Gift Card will be issued in the name of the user at the time of redemption.
12. Malfunctions or Code Errors.
In the event of technical issues or if the code does not work, the Customer and/or user must contact Customer Service and provide a copy of the proof of purchase and the code received.
13. Amendments to the Terms.
Hellas Verona Football Club S.p.A. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions for the future. Gift Cards already issued will remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction – Cross-Reference Provision.
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the Court of Verona shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer venue laws apply.
In any case, the “GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF PRODUCTS ON THE ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE OF HELLAS VERONA FOOTBALL CLUB S.p.A.”, also published on the Website, shall apply insofar as they are compatible.
